We pride ourselves on paying close attention to detail, and offer a comprehensive range of equipment to make your big event a huge success!

Best Western The Watermill Hotel's offer's well appointed meeting & conference Rooms. Ideal for meetings, training courses, private dinners, weddings and banquets, the versatility of our Rooms, which are all fully equipped to meet your requirement, means we can accommodate up to 500 attendees.

Our competitive rates (standard rate is just £35.00 per delegate) include the following services which will ensure your private or corporate event passes without a hitch.

- We are just a stone's throw away from the M25 & M1motorways and 25 minute's from direct rail links in to London.

- We have well-appointed, air-conditioned meeting Rooms, accommodating from 20 to 500 delegates, with a smaller syndicate room's available from 2 to 8 delegates.

- In addition, our Marquee & extensive grounds are often used for corporate and team building events.

- Our dedicated conference management teams are on hand and at your disposal, to ensure that your event is a success.


Day Delegate Rate's

Week days £35.00 per person, Weekends : £30.00 per person

- Arrival Coffee & Tea with a Selection of Pastries Mid Morning Tea / Coffee Biscuits.
- Two Course Buffet or Working Lunch.
- Afternoon Tea & Coffee with Homemade Cakes.
- Over head projector or LCD projector and screen.
- Flip chart pad and Pens.
- Free internet access.
- The price per person includes V.A.T. where appropriate.

As standard all conferences are supplied with still and sparkling mineral water, cordials, conference note pad and pens, mints.

£135.00 PER PERSON

- Flip chart pad and Pens.

- Three Course Dinner.
- Overnight Accommodation.
- Breakfast

As standard all Conferences are supplied with Conference pad and pen , Mints , Iced Water and Cordials.

The per person rate is made up as follows
- Day Delegate Rate £35.00 including V.A.T. where appropriate
- Dinner , Bed and Breakfast £95.00 single, including V.A.T. at the standard rate
